=Voice Recorders=

  • NOTE: Physical recording devices are banned from game. By Illinois state law, you are not permitted to make voice/video recordings without all participants’ express written consent, acquiring which overly disrupts game. Anyone found using a recorder will receive a Strike per the [[eotp-larp/Strike Policy|Strike Policy]] and the RSO will be notified.
  • Voice recorders are strictly not allowed in Rizzomas (in terms of “FLAVOR”). As such, players who do not participate in Rizzomas cannot be sent a copy/pasted “recording” of the events. They can be sent a general recap of the meeting, however. Those with Eidetic Memory can pull the occasional actual quote, but not entire conversations.
  • At game, a character can “record” an in-character scene with the appropriate equipment (i.e. an Expensive Cell Phone); however any such IC “recordings” must be OOC handwritten notes and not actually recorded however, per the above clause.
  • An ST or Narrator must be informed before you start voice recording.
